Vollmer GmbH Limited has been in business in Pforzheim, Germany since 1922. Originally a watch case manufacturer, Hansjorg Vollmer, the current president, became interested in watches of the Luftwaffe. They started producing very traditional pilot's watches, using titanium cases, titanium onion crowns and producing there own light and comfortable titanium bracelet. The offerings have grown a lot, several dials used during WWII were revived and a new steel case with a big onion crown is being offered. There are Numbered and Limited Editions and Chronograph now being offered, all this in a straight forward military style.
