Shipping your jewelry:
- If you need to ship us your jewelry please call 401-846-0598 or email [email protected] and obtain RW # before shipping.
- Please write the RW# number on the outside of the box when shipping.
- Insure your package for the value of the jewelry.
- Please use insured shipping with UPS or USPS.
- Please wrap your jewelry securely in bubble wrap.
- Do not include the original gift box as those are not able to be stored and will be discarded.
- Please provide available contact information so we can contact you once your jewelry has been diagnosed. Please include any warranty paperwork available for your jewelry, as well as a brief description of requested work.
