Peter Tchaikovsky was a master of elegance. In his performance and in his music. The same applies to the counterpart developed by "Alexander Shorokhoff".

The new model in the Tchaikovsky alarm clock line "Swan Lake AVG" is once again dedicated to his most famous ballet - Swan Lake. And that is no coincidence, because the numbers on the colored alarm clock disc, which is located in the middle of the clock, were designed and developed in a curved style. With its curved shape, this style is intended to be reminiscent of the world-famous ballet that premiered in 1877 at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow.

To this day, Swan Lake is part of the standard repertoire of classical ballet companies and the new alarm clock from "Alexander Shorokhoff" brings this splendor back to life.

The colored disk in the middle of the dial is used to set the alarm time and is built into a complex two-layer construction of the dial. In the area at six o'clock there is a small plate with an arrow. If you connect the desired alarm time exactly with this small arrow, a gentle alarm signal will sound at that time. This alarm disk can be set using a separate crown that is located in the area at 11 o'clock on the case. When you turn the crown clockwise, the disk turns in the opposite direction, i.e. anti-clockwise.

The dials are available in various colors. The hour and minute hands are designed in the usual "Alexander Shorokhoff" style with luminous material so that the time can be easily read even at night. The gold-plated hour appliqués underline the glamorous watch.

The special feature of this new clock, however, is the hinged double case. This additional function allows the owner of this alarm clock to have an unrestricted view of the time even when lying down and to enjoy the pleasant sound of the alarm tone.

The engravers at the “Alexander Shorokhoff” watch manufacturer have also done a great job in refining the movement. The movement has been imaginatively engraved and given a valuable finish. Traditionally engraved motifs on the bridges and the guilloché of the wheels create a nostalgic feeling. After engraving and polishing, all bridges are gold-plated or rhodium-plated and the screws are blued to give the movement a particularly beautiful appearance. Little by little, a fantastic little work of art is created, which can be admired in all its beauty through a sapphire glass caseback.
